(1) Look at the hardware properties of your computer.
Expand the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" + Sign
RIGHT CLICK on the first "USB Root Hub", then LEFT CLICK on PROPERTIES
Click on the "Power Management" tab
Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
Click on "OK"
